Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.
• During new releases or limited drops, processing times may extend slightly due to volume.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods
• Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Timeframes
• Domestic delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and carrier.
• Estimated delivery windows are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
• International shipping availability will be announced per collection.
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. While Nati Noir is not responsible for carrier delays, we remain available to assist with tracking and support.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• Nati Noir is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
• If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly and notify our client care team so we can assist where possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Nati Noir is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Nati Noir, every piece is created with intention and released in limited quantities. To preserve the integrity of our collections, we maintain a thoughtful return policy.
Final Sale
All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or standard exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at clientcare@natinior.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit where applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only considered in the case of damaged or incorrect items. Due to limited inventory, replacements are subject to availability.
Fit & Sizing
We encourage reviewing size guides carefully before purchasing. If you need assistance selecting a size, our client care team is available prior to checkout.
Condition of Items
Approved items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
Items that show signs of wear will not be accepted.
